Short answer: on RSVora there is no limit — no guest cap, no event cap and no price band, at any list size. Everywhere else there is usually a number. Mixily stops at 40 RSVPs per event on its free plan. RSVPify stops at 100 invited guests and one event at a time. Paperless Post gives you the first 50 invitations free. Evite sells Premium in guest-count bands from 12 up to 750. Jotform allows 100 submissions a month and 500 stored forever.

The three kinds of limit, and which one hurts
A cap on invitations. Annoying but manageable — you find out before you send, while you can still change tools.
A cap on replies. This is the one that ruins an evening. Mixily's free plan allows 50 invites but only 40 RSVPs, and at any normal reply rate the reply cap is reached first. Your invitations are already out, people are already answering, and the tool stops recording. There is no version of that which is not a bad afternoon.
A cap on events. RSVPify's free plan allows one event at a time and Mixily's allows two. Fine for a one-off; a problem if you are the person who organises the book club, the school thing and their own birthday in the same month.
The band problem
Evite does not have a free guest cap so much as a pricing staircase. Premium is priced by band — $17.99 up to 12 guests, $36.99 up to 30, $68.99 up to 75, $99.99 up to 750 — so adding one name can double the cost of the send. Thirteen guests is $36.99. Thirty-one is $68.99.
Paperless Post is the smooth version of the same idea: Coins charged per recipient, roughly $0.50 a guest on Basic, $1.05 on Premium and $1.44 on All Access. Nothing jumps, but a 150-guest Premium send lands in the region of $155.
Greenvelope is banded like Evite: $19 up to 20 guests, $59 up to 60, $99 up to 100, $249 up to 250 — just under $1 a guest at every tier.
Why RSVora has no number
Because there is no paid tier for a limit to push you towards. There is one product, it is free, and the cost of the send is the same whether you invite twelve people or seven hundred. There is no card on file, no trial to convert and no upgrade button, so there is nothing a cap could be for.
That also means no cap on events. Run four at once if you want to.
Choosing when your list is big
If you are inviting more than about fifty people, the free tiers stop being comparable and the question becomes what the send actually costs:
- 150 guests on Paperless Post Premium — roughly $155.
- 150 guests on Evite Premium — $99.99 (the 750 band).
- 150 guests on Greenvelope — $249 (the 250 band).
- 150 guests on Minted, digitally — roughly $150 to $450 depending on the design.
- 150 guests on RSVora — nothing.
