Free Alumni Event Invitations
Alumni receptions run on large lists and thin budgets. Import the list, send private invitation links, and track replies as they arrive so the venue count is always current. There is no per guest charge, so inviting the whole cohort costs the same as inviting a handful.
How it works
Add your title, date, time and location. You can do all of this before creating an account.
Type names in or paste a CSV. Every guest gets their own private link you can send by text, email or WhatsApp.

Can I invite a very large alumni list?
Yes. There is no guest limit and no per guest cost.
Can I track attendance across several cities?
Create one event per city so each headcount stays separate, and reuse your contact book across them.
Can I brand it with our institution's design?
Upload your own artwork as the invitation image, or pick a formal design and add your details on top.
